Performance Training & Gym Access
All plans we have give you gym access 365 days a year
Our performance specialists are extremely knowledgeable of the human body, movement, and correct biomechanics and are specifically trained to help you reach your fitness goals. We specialize in helping people who have been previously injured, just got out of physical therapy, just had a surgery, or are currently dealing with pain that is limiting them from activities, get back to being able to exercise safely and pain-free.
All of our members will work directly with a performance coach in either a one-on-one or small group (2-3 people) setting to help you achieve your desired fitness goals. Individually tailored plans and workout programs are provided to each performance training client.
We offer three, six, and twelve month plans to suit your particular individual needs, as changes don’t happen overnight! Committing to a longer term plan is the best way to keep you motivated so that you can be successful with your health and fitness goals.
Your membership with us will get you more than personal training.. Included in each performance training package are the following perks and benefits:
– Individual attention in either a one-on-one or small group (2-3 people) setting with one of our highly experienced trainers.
– Custom curated workout plans created just for you based on your body’s specific needs and your particular goals. Everyone’s current starting point is different and everyone’s goals are different. If you are currently injured or in pain, or if you haven’t been exercising at all then your current capabilities may be completely different then someone whose been consistently exercising for years and is having minimal pain. If your goal would be to do a powerlifting competition the type of training you do will be completely different than if you are training for a marathon. So we will customize for your particular needs.
– 18 hour gym access (5am-11pm): training once or twice a week sometimes isn’t enough to cut it. Every single performance training client also will get access to our studio through a key fob, so you can come when you like or as you have had specified by your coach in your training plan and practice what you’ve learned. As we know, perfect practice makes perfect. Having gym access to complement your personal training sessions allows you the tools to make quicker changes to your health and become the best you.
– Functional Movement Screening: this will let you know your strengths and weaknesses. It tells you where in your body you have good range of motion and what areas need work, it also tells you which imbalances can be causing you current and/or future injury problems, as well as what things could be hindering your movement abilities and performance improvements. These are things you will work on together with your trainer and that will be addressed within your training plan.
– RPR (Reflexive Performance Reset):

– Inertial Exercise Training:
We are one of the only facilities in the area that has the unique equipment that allows you to do this kind of training and thus push your performance to the max. Inertial exercise deals with teaching the body‘s neuromuscular system to improve muscle contractions, coordination, and reaction time, and thus is also a great tool for rehabilitation.
